The "Pad and Fan System" is a system that installs mesh pads on the gable and side walls of greenhouses and livestock barns, allowing water to drip down. When outside air passes through the damp pads, the air is cooled by evaporation and enters the interior, providing a cooling effect. The air that passes through the interior is expelled by a fan (pressure-type ventilation fan) installed on the wall opposite the pads.
